Orders are not considered booked until the invoice is paid in full. Invoices must be paid within 72 hours of receiving.
All sales are final unless cancelled. If there’s a mistake on my end, I will do my best to make it right. Refunds and partial refunds are accepted so long as they are met within the specified timeframe. I will offer a full refund if the order is cancelled within 7 of paying your invoice. Orders cancelled prior to one week of intended pickup date will get a 50% refund. Orders cancelled the week of intended pickup will not be refunded.
Clients are responsible for paying taxes on all orders. Taxes are based off of the combined rate of TN & Montgomery county. Taxes will be included in order total.

All orders placed will be ready upon the date specified in the order invoice.
All orders must have pickup details agreed upon by time of deposit. If there needs to be a change please reach out to me. I cannot guarantee an acceptance but I will try my best!
Communication will be made 72 hours prior to pickup date to verify. It is the clients responsibility to respond promptly, failure to do so could result in order cancellation with no refund. It is not So Sweet’s responsibility to hold the order past scheduled pickup date and time if client fails to verify. Changes made to pickup date/time on day of scheduled time are up to the discretion of So Sweet. I will do my best to accomate any changes made, however I cannot guarantee approval of said changes.

So Sweet is not responsible for any damages made to the order once package is picked up by client.

Any changes made to the order must be submitted prior to payment of the invoice. Any changes made after payment are at the discretion of So Sweet.

So Sweet products are made in a kitchen which processes: wheat, eggs, dairy, soy, & nuts. So Sweet is unable to serve those with severe food allergies at this time.
The client is responsible for pointing out potential allergy hazards & So Sweet will communicate ability to accommodate restrictions.
All cookies will have ingredients and allergen warnings listed.

So Sweet reserves the right to use all photographs, videos, and other content of the customers order for advertising purposes unless otherwise requested and mutually agreed upon.
